SLA is a telecommunication service evaluation standard negotiated by the ISP and users. It is an agreement reached by both sides in service quality, priority, responsibility, etc. To effectively fulfill SLA, the ISP deploys SLA feature on devices to measure network performance and takes measurement results as the basis for guaranteeing performances.
SLA feature chooses two testing node, configures SLA operation on one node, schedules executing it, and takes statistics of FD, FDV, FLR, availability, bandwidth, bandwidth utilization, and measures network performance between the two nodes.
Based on end customer higher and higher request in QoE about service, service providers have to improve the O&M capacity, and RAISECOM has been trying to help service providers to upgrade the network quality with SLA Portal solution. In Sep.2017,  packet series product released the new version about SLA Portal solution which we called SLA Portal v3.0 include the RAX700 products and management platform.
The target audience is all domestic and international telecommunication companies, the internal use of telecom companies, new users added in the database.
